From Houston, TX. I searched everywhere for the lavender seeds and finally found them at Central Market (Westheimer & Weslayan). They’re in the spices aisle and the name on the container is Lavender Flower. You just need to scoop out the quantity you want in plastic bags provided by Central Market and weigh it. The smell is intoxicating and I can’t wait to make the hot cocoa this weekend!

you should be able to get them at any gourmet or specialty foods market. i know cost plus world market has them.
